Dr. Shahrad Shahrooz

Founder

Dr. Shahrooz, a native of Los Angeles, California, first realized his passion for dentistry while attending UCLA for his undergraduate degree. During this time, he began volunteering at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Having thus far explored his creative side with art, and separately pursued his intellectual side and fascination for the field of science in school, Dr. Shahrooz discovered that in dentistry, he can merge these two interests into one. With this in mind, Dr. Shahrooz continued his education and obtained his doctorate degree in dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry

Dr. Yazdi graduated from USC Dental School in 2013 and has enhanced her expertise with advanced training in general dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center, completing a rigorous one-year residency program.Dr. Yazdi’s warm demeanor and genuine care for patients make her an excellent addition to our team. Her kindness and ease of communication create a comfortable and reassuring dental experience. Notably, Dr. Yazdi’s meticulous attention to detail stands out. She is dedicated to providing thorough and transparent care, ensuring you are well-informed about your dental health options.

Dr. Nariman Saadat

Oral Surgeon

Dr. Nariman Saadat is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Toluca Advanced Dentistry, serving patients across Toluca Lake and the Los Angeles area. With dual training in medicine and dentistry from Oregon Health & Science University and UCLA, he offers advanced care in oral surgery, dental implants, and wisdom tooth removal.

Patients know Dr. Saadat for his gentle approach, precise techniques, and ability to make extractions and implant procedures as comfortable as possible. Backed by extensive anesthesia training and multiple life support certifications, he provides safe, efficient treatment for everything from routine tooth extractions to complex oral surgery—delivering lasting results with compassion and skill.

Dr. Rayan Kafri

Endodontist

Dr. Rayan Kafri is a skilled endodontist specializing in conventional and surgical Root Canal Treatment at Toluca Advanced Dentistry. He completed his dental degree at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and went on to earn an MScD and CAGS in Endodontics, giving him advanced training in diagnosing and treating root canal infections, tooth pain, abscesses, and cracked or damaged teeth. Patients value his gentle approach, clear communication, and dedication to saving natural teeth whenever possible.

At Toluca Advanced Dentistry, Dr. Kafri provides high-quality root canal therapy to patients throughout Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Studio City, Burbank, and the greater Los Angeles area. With active memberships in the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association, he remains committed to delivering compassionate, modern, and effective care for those experiencing root canal symptoms or dental emergencies.
