What Are Digital Dental X-Rays?
Digital dental X-rays give us a safe and detailed view of what’s happening beneath the surface of your teeth and gums. These images help us catch things like cavities between teeth, infections, bone loss, or impacted teeth that we can’t see during a regular exam. The process is fast, completely painless, and uses far less radiation than traditional film X-rays. You’ll be able to view the images on-screen while we walk you through the findings. Full Moth X-Rays (FMX)
A Full Mouth Series is a complete set of X-rays that provides a comprehensive view of all your teeth, roots, and surrounding bone. This type of imaging is typically done every 5 years and helps us detect deep decay, bone loss, infections, and other conditions that may not be visible in a standard exam. At Toluca Advanced Dentistry, we offer the FMX for $200, using low-radiation digital technology for your comfort and safety.
Four Bitewing X-Rays (BWX)
Four Bitewing X-rays are used to capture detailed images of the upper and lower back teeth, allowing us to detect cavities between teeth and monitor bone levels for signs of gum disease. This set of X-rays is typically recommended once a year as part of your preventative dental care. At Toluca Advanced Dentistry, we offer 4 Bitewing X-rays for $104, using low-radiation digital imaging to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Cone Beam CT Scan
A Cone Beam CT Scan provides a 3D view of your teeth, jawbone, nerves, and sinuses—making it an essential tool for precise diagnosis and treatment planning, especially for implants or extractions. It’s typically recommended before surgical procedures. At Toluca Advanced Dentistry, we offer in-office CBCT imaging forusing advanced, low-radiation technology for your comfort and safety.

An emergency exam and X-ray are designed to focus on one specific area that’s bothering you. It includes a limited, problem-focused evaluation and one targeted X-ray to help diagnose the issue. This visit costs $50, but if you schedule to start treatment, there will be no charge.
If you move forward with treatment for anything diagnosed during the exam, we’ll apply the $50 emergency exam and X-ray fee toward your total cost of care. We do this to make your visit as stress-free and affordable as possible.
